Community clinics (Pfizer vaccine)

Pfizer is recommended for people aged 12–59 years.

  • Everyone aged 16-59 years
  • Children aged 12–15 years if they are*:
    • Living with specified medical conditions that increase their risk of severe COVID-19. Conditions include asthma, diabetes, obesity, cardiac and circulatory congenital anomalies, neuro development disorders, epilepsy, immune-compromised and trisomy 21;
    • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander;
    • Living in remote communities, as part of broader community outreach vaccination programs that provide vaccines for all ages (12 years and above);
    • NDIS participants.

All children aged 12-15 years will become eligible for vaccination from 13 September following advice from Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI).
